Current Study

The brain is an enthralling organ and having an insight in its "construction works" during development is an adventurous journey. I am using Patch-Seq to discover the orchestrated developmental role of electrophysiology, morphology and single-cell transcriptome of interneurons throughout development. Combination of methods thus combination of diverse aspects and the match points of underlying distinctly structured data of the biophysical, morphological and molecular parameters has stupendous power to describe and understand developmental transitions and network integration processes.
